Orders placed M-F ship in 24 hours. Our offices are closed Saturday-Sunday and do not ship out on US Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Fridays will be processed on the next business day. Once shipped our carriers deliver based on the approximate schedule listed below.

I can’t personally attend the service, can I still send a sympathy box?

Yes. If you know the name and address of the person who should receive the sympathy gift, you can choose to send your memorial gift directly to them instead.Each sympathy box comes with an order confirmation, including notice of the box’s arrival at the address you tell us.
